August 2, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #15 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #17-0540 FOR GOLF CARTS - MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES Description Bids to provide 'Golf Carts - Maintenance and Repair Services' were received from two vendors on June 21, 2016. The bids of Caddy Carts, Inc., and Custom Carts of Sarasota, LLC, were the best low bids meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bids of Caddy Carts, Inc., and Custom Carts of Sarasota, LLC, for 'Golf Carts - Maintenance and Repair Services' in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00, be approved as presented.
